A ladungsfähige address is an address at which documents can be served with legal effect. For GmbH, UG and sole traders it is required in the commercial register and in the imprint. We deliver the address, the matching usage confirmation and GwG identification from one source.

Timing in practice
Enquiry to usage confirmation: usually 1–2 working days. If you already have a notary appointment, allow a buffer of 3–5 working days. We will tell you honestly in the first call whether the timing is realistic.
Move the company seat to Berlin without your own office
Existing GmbH, UG or AG companies seated in another city can relocate the company seat to Berlin. Typical reasons: proximity to Berlin investors, the team has gone remote, clients expect a Berlin seat, the DACH market is easier to serve from Berlin. We issue the usage confirmation for the relocation and support the administrative steps.
